There is only a contract between CGski and the client after receipt of a 25% deposit and a completed booking form. Deposits are non refundable unless we are unable to accept your booking . After receipt of deposit, the remaining balance is due 10 weeks before departure date. If a booking is made within 10 weeks of departure date, the total cost of the booking is immediately payable. Cancellation will only take place when written notification is made by the signature of the booking form. Cancellation fees are charged by a percentage of the total accommodation as follows : 35% if 56 to 43 days before departure date, 55% if 42 to 29 days before departure date, 75% if 28 to 15 days before departure date, 100% if 14 days or less before departure date.

CGski can not accept any responsibility for any delays or problems with regards to the client's personal travel arrangements. It is you, the client, who is responsible to obtain suitable travel and ski insurance including emergency medical expenses. It is the client's responsibility to abide by all the regulations/rules in respect to the accommodation which are clearly displayed in the entrance of all accommodations.We reserve the right to terminate without notice any person from the accommodation if we deem them to be acting inappropriately.
